The future of Pest Control and Lawn Spray equipment is here!

You might wonder why Neelco has chosen to manufacture spray trucks out of high density polypropylene.   The honest and simple reason is we believe it to be a superior product.

We love building shiny brand new spray trucks for customers.  Then it breaks our heart when they come in for service a year later and the diamond plate and aluminum frame look cloudy (which is oxidation caused by being in the elements, i.e sun, wind and rain.)

Fiberglass was a decent solution to this problem, but fiberglass is expensive and very time consuming to make.  This caused our lead times to extend for these particular trucks.  Another issue with the fiberglass is the durability.  So while it was a much better looking truck, not only upon delivery but also years down the road, the likely hood of the fiberglass standing up to the riggers of everyday wear and tear made the possibility of fiberglass equipment not standing the true test of time.

So that got our creative juices flowing again.  We set about coming up with the best possible material that we could not only make look good, function well and stand up to the beating that is put on our equipment.  The solution polypropylene!

Polypropylene allows Neelco to design and manufacture any tank, box, bed design our customer wants.   Polypropylene, or plastic is the answer to all of our issues.  We can now deliver a spray truck that will not only stand up the riggers of our hard working customers, but it will function and look just as good as it does 5 years from now as it did on delivery day.

Plastic is also very easy to repair.  We all know how much it sucks when one of our customer trucks get into an accident.  With plastic we can get your equipment back on the road much quicker than replacing fiberglass.  In fact we had a customer get into a vehicle accident in which the spray truck rolled several times.  Not only did our tanks not break, they were still usable.  Can't say the same thing for fiberglass, those boxes and tanks would have been trashed and you would have been waiting around for a replacement to be made and that could take weeks or even months.

In the unlikely event that our plastic tank would have broken, had a hole punched in it or any other damage to it.  We can patch the plastic in roughly one or two days.

The other wonderful thing about plastic construction is that it allows us to build virtually any size tank or storage box you want.  So no longer are you restricted to whatever fiberglass molds we have available.  If you want a 617 gallon tank, we can make it.

Plastic.  It saves time. It saves money.  It has longevity. It has versatility.  It is rugged.  It is tough.  Plastic, it is the future of the lawn spray industry!
